My Cruise experience.
Arriving early is always a treat as you get to meet and see the others in the swarm before we leave the hive! Nice to see the shades of yellow from the 72 El Camino to Corvettes, a Viper and more.
I selected the Batiquitos Lagoon as my first stop. It is amazing how many times you can drive by and admire something, but not really see it. The parking was easy as was the walk to a nice viewpoint. Next I stopped at the San Elijo Lagoon and walked out to the middle via a nice little causeway . This was another visual treat. I had seen it before as I camped out at the state beach, but I had not seen it from the middle. It was a pleasant stop and no crowds.

Thank you to all that joined us for the May 18th Cruise to support Papoose Conservation Wildlife Foundation. Your participation and donations provided $1,140.77 to provide funding to give children the opportunity to experience Nature. We can let you know how those funds are applied later this year. It was wonderful having all of you with us...and to see all those Yellow Cars and Bike driving together. I look forward to our next time together.
