Our first gathering of 2009 was a wonderful success!
Marv and Joyce together with Darwyn and Lois organized and put on a fabulous day. We met in Bonsall…drove along a beautiful rural area…stopping at various spots to pick up playing cards for our poker hands. We ended with a drive through Old Town Temecula with a lunch at Richies Diner. We had prize winners in several categories the best poker hand (well really the worst hand – Marv’s rules) and a winner for the closest time to the organizer’s estimate driving time. And we had raffle winners…for Yellow Swarm hats…See’s candy and Zoo passes!!!! And it was all free…such a great day!
